Excellent Card
Pros: I bought this when the 700 series was still pretty new in the market. At the time, this card was already cheaper than the competition. This card has performed really well since day one. It crashes once in a blue moon, not any more than all the other systems I've owned. Idles at 31C. I've never seen it go above 65C under heavy load but then again I never paid much attention to temps while gaming. Never went above 74C on a Furmark test (default benchmark preset: 1080) and hovered around 50 fps. I had a 570 before this and that one fired up like a toaster whenever I run a stress test. I've thrown most AAA games at it and most of them ran well on Ultra or max settings, usually able to maintain 60 fps. I had some stutters with Metro Last Light but that is a problem experienced by many. Some changes in the settings fixed it.
Cons: None
Overall Review: I've seen some comments mentioning the size. It's true, this card is big. But that's to be expected nowadays. The dimensions are clearly provided on the specifications tab. Although it doesn't account for any protrusions (if there are any at all) along the exterior of the card, this should give you a good idea about how much room is needed before you buy it. The card does sag a little. I never did anything to hold it up better, just the usual screws in the rear panel of the case. After over a year of ownership, I can safely assume rigging it to sit straight is not necessary.
