good deal

Pros: it works, it gives pretty pictures, its cheap. plays UT3, GTR2, RBR, and rFactor with decent framerates
Cons: it didn't make me any better at the games, though they look and play better.
Overall Review: it's a good, cheap card. you really can't complain about it too much so long as it works. I remember paying alot more than this for cards with 2MB or ram, so I'm very pleased
works for printers only

Pros: it works if you only want to hook a printer up to it
Cons: does not work with alot of other parallel port devices such as chip programmers and MIDI interfaces.
Overall Review: The MOSChip on the card is the same one used on most cards, and it works for basic parallel port things, but when tight communication timings are needed it acts up pretty badly. locked up my whole machine whenever I tried to use it with my midi timepiece. I replaced with a L*VA card that uses a different chip, and it works great for my MOTU MTPAV.
good deal

Pros: it works, it's cheap, it hasn't made a coaster yet.
Cons: it's a little noisy, and sometimes has a difficult time with damaged cd's, but they have to be in pretty bad shape.
Overall Review: I have one of these in a recording studio and one in a server, the noise complaint is only for the one in the studio, where noise is important, for home or other use, the noise is not really noticable
it works

Pros: it works, it's quiet.
Cons: it didn't give me a dollar, no matter how many times I asked.
Overall Review: it's a floppy, either it works or it doesn't. they all perform the same, only some are a little quieter than others, and some last longer.
good deal

Pros: it's cheap, it works, it's fast.
Cons: no heatspreader if i were pushed to find something. but for the price it's acceptible
good deal

Pros: modular cabling, works, hasn't died on me, stable.
Cons: it's not FULLY modular, it'd be nice to be able to unplug some of the cables you don't need. didn't come with enough sata power cables for me, but I had spare ones from previous builds. the modular cables can be a bit short in larger cases.
Overall Review: I've used this PS in 4 different machines now, not a problem out of any of them.
