Good mb, lots of options in bios
Pros: I had to install my 1600x in it to update the bios to the latest so it would be compatible for a 2400g. Not manifacturer fault as I bought this a month ago. Once that was done everything went fine.
Cons: If you buy it right now, you can write to amd support to request a help kit from them. As time will pass im sure asrock will update newer board. If not you need a older ryzen processor to update the bios.
Overall Review: Once bios is update everything worked fine. Note you need a vga monitor to install windows. windows install and bios arent compatible with hdmi out. Once Windows is installed, you need. to download the chipset + amd display driver kit on asrock site or amd site. Then the hdmi will work on windows but you'll still need a vga monitor if you want to modify the bios with the integrated hdmi output. Would like to have the bios accessible with hdmi out.
Works fines the rgb is pretty good
Pros: Xmp work fine
Overall Review: The xmp work easily on a x570 tuf wifi 2 mobo. The rgb is really nice more than I tought it would, love it
Novelty that I bought and I love it
Pros: Extend macro from the keyb
Cons: Little pricy but you pay for the software
Overall Review: I bought this to use for my soundboard when I play with my friends online. Ended up playing with it and added a lot more little thing that was annoying to press like nvida record gameplay shortcut, curve for msi afterburner, icue profiles etc.. it's a little pricy for what it is but half of it is for the software and the plugins so..
Wow after 2 month i finally have it!
Pros: - Super solid - Heavy a little sag LOL! - Fit perfectly in the Meshify C (radiator on top) - Upgraded from 2080S for 4K super performance for that resolutoin
Cons: -Fan spin a little fast overall, but overall mostly the same fan profile as my other card so -Even tought the review said it's silent, it's not really but doesn't bother me in game anyway, no more noise than my 2080 Super FTW3 so...
Overall Review: 4K is hard, coming from a 2080S most game are borderline and new game with RT even with DLSS quite hard to push. So far i'm seeing from 60-80(80 is certain case)% more performance and this is awesome. I'm not the type of PC player that put everything to ULTRA so i still pick my setting but now i can breath a little more!
great price and very good cooling
Pros: Use it with 3600 now, stock with PBO... fans are quiet, not sure they are the best but keep my cpu around 47c under heavy gaming load. Rgb is not that bright but still better than nothing. Bought it while it was discounted worth it.
Cons: Screw hole are a little cheap. Dont remove and install too often... Also Coolermaster bearing fail very quickly (fan bearing). My unit been very good for the 3 years i got it, but fans failed after couple of month (bearing noise) replaced them with noctua and perfect so far!
Overall Review: this is my 2nd AIO cooling unit ever. Had a cheap air cooler before. Wanted a cleaner case and be able to push my R5 more. Does the job
Upgrade from B350 board
Pros: - Great feature for the price - This is perfect for gaming only rig. - PCH fan doesn't make any annoying sound, was suprised - Board look very well made - Bought it after being recommanded by a bunch of Youtuber reviews.
Cons: - None so far hardware - Don't use AI suite software to overclock, enable PBO from the BIOS that's all
Overall Review: I bought this board because, why not LOL, i had a gigabyte AB350 Gaming board witch served me well for 3 years. I wanted to get into 570 but priced where too high for my usage (99% gaming), when i saw the reviews and the price (on special) i got on the other side of the fence. Installation was straitfoward, board use 8 Pin + 4 pin, i've put back my 2 NVME drives, 2 SSD and 1 HDD back. The latest BIOS was installed already and the board took my 3200mhz memory with succes. Windows updated to whole thing and i've installed AMD chipset Drivers (latest revision) for X570 All is well, took about 5 minutes and my windows was up and running.
