Pros: It's hard finding software and other products that work well with my mac (leopard), at least for me, since I recently switched over. This product works great though! It's read all of the CDs and DVDs I've thrown at it so far, as well as burning them. All I have left to test for me is burning DVDs. It's extremely quiet--I hardly hear it after it initially boots up its task.

Cons: This really only pertains to mac users: I haven't been able to eject the disc from the disc-drive. I have to do it through the desktop, and eject it that way. It's really just a minor annoyance for me.

Overall Review: I really like this product so far, no true complaints yet!! As always, Newegg's shipping is extremely expedient!
