Good card for the price
Pros: It's what you expect from a 750Ti for performance Good performance for the price
Cons: It can be a bit louder than expected, even when not under load
Overall Review: Purchased this card to replace original card in an aging system. Does fine with modern, lower-end games and older games at 1080p. It can keep up with some newer games on lower settings, but it quickly reaches the limit of what it can do. That is to be expected. For what I need, it does the job. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.
Solid mid-range PC
Pros: - it's an inexpensive mid-range system with a well rounded set of hardware features - the unit was clean, except for the optical drive (see main review), and ready for service - the unit shipped matched the product description
Cons: - proprietary design isn't easily upgraded or modified (HP's fault not the refurbisher's) - included keyboard and mouse have no value. Would have preferred they weren't included vs having to dispose of them. - packaging/shipping materials just adequate. Any rough handling by the carrier would have been disastrous.
Overall Review: For my needs this was a perfect fit. It's living its life paired with an external drive enclosure as a light duty media server/NAS that occasionally does some video transcoding. It's been powered on since going into service with no problems. The referb quality was good. The only ding to that quality (besides the giveaway quality mouse and keyboard) was the tray of the optical drive being coated in dust/dirt. I assume the rest of the drive's interior was as well and would have needed cleaning if it stayed. I didn't check to see if it was functional, since it was replaced by a BD-ROM drive and tossed in the parts recycle pile with the mouse and keyboard before the PC was put into service.
