Pros: Online support available (didn't solve my problem, however). Easy to install.

Cons: Scan can not find my local (LOS ANGELES) HD over air broadcast channels, even when the "Stick" is connected to a rooftop antenna. My HD TV connected to the SAME antenna finds all channels. Bad "Stick" tuner? No answer from Pinnacle!
