Overall Review: People on here trying to scare folks with saying "Likely no warranty @ Micron with these drives" Somewhat true because Micron doesnt RMA. For this drive you need to RMA via the store you purchased it from (like the marketplace seller) I just RMA'd mine (See model below) after 11 months, to GoHardDrive, the marketplace seller i purchased from and they were super cool about it, and are replacing it. Micron does like enterprise RMA's but they dont do end-user RMA's. I contacted Micron for this RMA and they told me to ask my newegg marketplace seller to rma it and they like have to honor it, they did for me. Cons: PIA to upgrade- I've disassembled many a laptop after 17 years. I wouldnt suggest this to some kid who doesn't know his stuff. DON'T buy this for gaming-why would you? The ssd it comes with is Sata 3 NOT nvme so you'll have to buy 1.

Overall Review: If you understand that this won't perform close to a 1060, and buy for more of a sharp looking workstation and have the right expectations then this is an awesome piece of hardware. Wicked fast once you install the nvme pcie ssd. Bought mine on Newegg via xotic pc.

Pros: I love this thing its amazing. and i use it everyday. I went with this one because its the only one i could find from a decent and trusted manufacturer, Mydigitalssd. This company also makes really good m.2 ssd's. I use this so much especially on my MSI GS73 Stealth Pro laptop in the Thunderbolt 3 port. Its right around pcie 4 x2 lane speed. I've seen it write anywhere from 600MB/s to over 1000. Ive used with Samsung 950 Pro, Samsung 970 Evo, Samsung SM961, Samsung PM961, Intel 660p (dont bother getting this drive) and all the drives work great. Its convenient to be able to plug this into my Thunderbolt 3 port, then take the drive and transfer to my homemade NAS using its USB 3.1 Gen 2 port. They include 2 cables so you can change the cable from the [USB C to USB C], to the other cable which is [USB C to USB type A] Aka like regular usb 3.0 or what have you. Its still very fast when connected to USB 3.0 too. What's really nice is how sturdy it is. I drop this thing a lot and it takes a beating. Its like a heavy feeling sturdy black metal. For 30 something bucks this saves me so much time in my life with having over 30 Terabytes of data i'm always moving around. Great job on this one Mydigitalssd!

Cons: Can't root this. It says ships with 4.4 NOPE. got it today, it's running 5.1.1 factory locked PE3. it is NOT unlocked like the description states, So I have a phone, that I cannot use on my network, basically a tablet because I have no network.

Overall Review: I have a LOCKED PHONE purchased from this specific listing that though if is a brand new G900a, it is LOCKED to AT&T and is NOT 4.4. Newegg completely deceived me and now I have an unusable brand new phone because they wrote the wrong description, with no returns.

Pros: The fastest most reliable drive in its class currently. (of course sum1 will invent better) This absolutely dominates over any ocz, corsair(w/newer chip) or intel drive ive come across, in every way. Almost had this a year, and i BEAT on this thing. dual booting win 7/8.1 inside a custom MSI MS-1757 Barebones Notebook running multiple vm's, I leave it on night and day 365. and it crushes every time ask it to. Never a blue screen, a glitch, I've never seen even an -inkling- of ANY issue with this, NEVER any inconsistent behavior. Its as fast as the day i got it, and installed the OS's.

(read my background below) The bad reviews from this drive here on newegg are as follows: 1. guy #1 gave this one star because he didnt get the cheap little adaptor? Really? Total noob incompetent! Maybe should've got the correct mobo?Or read more about its specs b4 buying? 2 . bad review guy #2 states he got a "stutter", and a "hang" with no support(explanation) on why or how that this issue is the ssd's fault.. His one stutter that day, or "hang" could have been one of a THOUSAND things! Thats NOOB TALK! He hasnt a clue. 3 Bad review guy #3 is my favorite.. Just GENIUS! and i quote "my computer guy try to copy my system's data to this ssd, but crashed with no reason. just totally crashed in the end" Warning: if the reviewer states he has a *computer guy, you may not want his "Expertise".. lol and what he says makes no sense in my language at least.Probably wanted a refund to buy the newest mw3 or something I've been building-repairing pc's mobile devices & macs since 1994. I repair motherboards with new bios chips,build custom laptops, even intricate, micro soldering on mobile device mother/daughter-boards as well as computer motherboards. I know about as much as you can about hardware.
