Pros: I love this rack. It is perfect. Great quality and material.

Cons: I am giving this a 1 star out of 5 for NEWEGG only. The rack itself is a 5/5. I would suggest buying this item somewhere else. It's like they don't care how the item ships or is packed. My box came without the top of the box at all. You tip the box? All the rack pieces fall right out onto the floor. There were also 3 separate small boxes not attached to the package at all, not even labeled. They could have put them all into a big box with labels and all but nope. The rest was in 3 separate boxes and they were all just laying on the floor where I picked the package up.
