Best budget cooler.
Pros: Runs very cool with a 5600G, idles around 25-30C. Quiet even at high speeds. Looks great.
Cons: No extra brackets to add another fan for a push/pull setup.
Overall Review: Did a budget build for a friend and for the price I don't think you can find a better cooler. Have been using Thermalright coolers for a long time and will continue to recommend them to anyone.
easy installation, takes awhile to adjust tension
Overall Review: I purchased two and I liked them so much I purchased one more for my eventual 3rd monitor. It did however take me awhile to adjust the tension as both the arms I received had different levels out of the box. For those of you that have the IKEA Malm desk, if you're going to use the C clamp you'll need to trim the knob as it's too large to turn, it will be right inside the cable organizer rubbing against the interior. Other than the C clamp knob being a little big I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a simple monitor arm, as for its longevity and reliability I hope I don't wake up to my monitors crashing into my desk.
Great monitor for everything.
Pros: -swivel, pivot, tilt, AND height adjustment!? -great build quality, feels rock solid -lots of energy saving features (not that i care but it's great to have) -vibrant colors -very bright, make sure you lower it so your eyes don't bleed! -not 16:9 ratio -NOT GLOSSY!!!
Cons: -button for browsing the menu is a bit weird, annoying at first but not that big of a deal once you get used to it
Overall Review: I got this monitor because the quality of the big name competitors have gone down A LOT over the years. I mainly use this just for SC2 and watching movies. I'm pretty amazed that you can adjust the height, pivot, tilt and swivel, most monitors nowadays can only do one or the other. If I decide to dual screen I will be sure to come back and buy this one. I highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a good replacement whether it be for gaming, reading, or a cheap alternative for photoshop as opposed to the expensive IPS panels (NEC also has the best IPS monitors).
Good case, dumb side window.
Pros: One of the best cases in the $60 range. Tool-less design. Sturdy build. Has some cable management compared to v1.
Cons: I ordered this somewhere else expecting the version without the ugly side window but ended up getting it.
Overall Review: I've checked everywhere online and all countries EXCEPT the United States has the one without the disgusting side window. Personally I am mad as hell because the one without the side window has an extra fan slot and looks less disgusting. This is probably the first time I'm disappointed with Cooler Master.
Needs some grease.
Pros: -Mechanical. -Heavy. -Solid construction. -Loud.
Cons: -Space bar got squeaky after a few days. -Blinding LEDs. -Short cord.
Overall Review: If anyone's interested in the keyboard alphabet test while holding down both shift keys, here they are: Test: THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPS OVER THE LAZY DOG Results: HE QUIC BROWN OX UMP OVER HE Z OG As you can see not all the keys registered as most gaming keyboards are able to do so. It's a good buy though considering that there aren't that many mechanical keyboards around this price range.
