Decent printer

Pros: This is one of the most compact color laser (LED) all-in-ones, at least at the time that I bought it, which was my primary reason for choosing it. I wouldn't say it's a standout in anything, but it seems to perform reasonably well at what it's meant to do. For occasional color printing, I prefer color lasers over inkjets because the latter seem to dry out and/or clog if not used regularly. I think it works reasonably well for low volume SOHO use, and it produces nice output, although I probably wouldn't use it to print photos.
Cons: The paper tray can only be closed when there's no paper in it, which is pretty pointless. I suppose this is "feature" is a result of the printer's relatively small footprint. Also, the unit occasionally fails to wake up from sleep, even when a button on the panel is pushed, requiring a power cycle to bring back to life. (In my experience this occurs only after the printer has been idle for more than a day or so.) The consumables cost for this printer is relatively high, at least for color, but since I mostly print B&W, I can live with that.
Overall Review: I have not used this printer's faxing capability, nor have I attempted to initiate scanning from a PC. When scanning, I prefer the "scan to network" option which saves the images on a shared drive, which I can then access from any PC on the network.
Nice little switch

Pros: Small size makes it reasonably portable. Seems to work without a hitch.
Cons: Adapter is 120V only; if you want to use it in a 240V country you'll need to find an appropriate adapter.
Overall Review: Have to wonder how they get away with using a name that looks and sounds similar to a well-known brand of networking equipment...
Excellent travel companion

Pros: Tiny size makes it incredibly portable. Even comes with a carrying case that isn't too much bigger than the unit itself (plus AC adapter). Adapter has "universal" 120/240 voltage. Seems to have pretty reasonable range.
Cons: Mode switch isn't terribly self-explanatory.
Overall Review: If you need to take wireless on the road, look no further.
Perfect companion for Harmony remote

Pros: Reasonably priced. Works perfectly with Harmony remotes, integrating the PS3 into a home theater (except for one minor "con").
Cons: Lack of a "PS" button, as noted by many others.
Overall Review: The lack of a PS button isn't NYKO's fault; it's Sony's. So we still have to power on/off the PS3 using a PS3 controller or some other clever mechanism. Boo!
Works as advertised

Pros: Pretty simple to use. Provides useful information--not only wattage but VA, which is useful for estimating load for UPS sizing purposes.
Cons: Plugging it into a standard 2-socket wall outlet will block the other outlet. Would be nice if the display was backlit. Would also be nice if the unit would retain information, at least for a short time, after unplugging.
Overall Review: Any of the "cons" can be worked around easily enough by plugging the unit into an extension cord for easy viewing.
Can't go wrong for the price

Pros: Cheap!
Cons: Can't think of any...
Overall Review: I bought a few of these to use as embedded storage for network appliances based on the PC Engines Alix board. They all seem to work great.
