Touch screen on case never worked. Can't return to NewEgg

MSI MEG PROSPECT 700R Black Steel / Tempered Glass ATX Mid Tower Cases - 4 ARGB Fans - 4.3" Touch Panel
MSI MEG PROSPECT 700R Black Steel / Tempered Glass ATX Mid Tower Cases - 4 ARGB Fans - 4.3" Touch Panel

Pros: Nice, extremely heavy and solid case.

Cons: Touch screen continually reboots and is unusable. MSI strung me along with tech support until the computer case was out of the return window with NewEgg. Now MSI says they will only repair the touchscreen if I send them the case, at my expense, with all installed peripherals in place - motherboard, CPU, video card, disks, water coolers, fans, etc. They will not send a replacement touchscreen & controller for me to install. The cost of those peripherals exceeds the cost of the case by 15X to 20x. Plus MSI assumes no risk for their loss, damage, or unauthorized access.

Overall Review: DO NOT PURCHASE.

Does not work at rated speed (6400)

CORSAIR Vengeance 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6400 (PC5 51200) Desktop memory Model CMK64GX5M2B6400C32
CORSAIR Vengeance 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6400 (PC5 51200) Desktop memory Model CMK64GX5M2B6400C32

Pros: Seems to work fine when derated to 4800 Mhz. I have ordered this twice, so 4 sticks for 128 GB.

Cons: I put this in an ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 motherboard. Works at the default 4800 speed. But system will not post when a) manually set to 6400 Mhz speed with latencies at AUTO or b) enabling XMP (which sets it to 6400 with all the appropriate CAS etc. latencies. System cannot POST.

Overall Review: I do not recommend this. Buy cheaper memory at a speed which actually works.

Memory doesn't work reliably at 4133, or even at 3000

G.SKILL TridentZ Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 4133 (PC4 33000) Memory (Desktop Memory) Model F4-4133C19D-16GTZC
G.SKILL TridentZ Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 4133 (PC4 33000) Memory (Desktop Memory) Model F4-4133C19D-16GTZC

Pros: When it works, it's great.

Cons: Running at 4133 (it's rated speed), or even downgraded to 3000, I regularly experience single bit errors and my system would crash. Basically, I have to run this memory, for which I paid a premium for the speed, at the default 2300.

Overall Review: I would not purchase this again.

Monitor continually becomes unresponsive

Dell UltraSharp UP2715K 27' LED LCD Monitor - 16:9 - 8 ms
Dell UltraSharp UP2715K 27' LED LCD Monitor - 16:9 - 8 ms

Pros: Running this display at 5120x2880 using a Radeon R9 295X2. Very nice display during the 10-15 minutes it works between power cycles.

Cons: After a minute or two, all the side buttons become unresponsive. You can no longer power off the monitor, bring up the on-screen menu, or change any settings. At this time, running the Dell Display Manager produces an error stating "This program requires a supported Dell monitor ... If you believe your system meets these requirements, try power cycling the monitor. After 5-10 more minutes, the display goes black. The *only* way to get it operational again is to pull the AC power plug. Wait a few minutes, and plug the monitor back into power and let it reboot. After this, the Dell Display Manager works (again) and the power and settings buttons work again. But in 5-10 minutes, the cycle repeats.

Overall Review: I have the monitor configured to *not* go into power save mode but that makes no difference. I will be returning this monitor. If it worked, I'd love it. But it simply doesn't work. Dell moderates posts to their support forum and, so far, have not allowed my post on this issue to appear.

Drive failed within 60 days

Seagate Desktop HDD ST2000DM001 2TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive
Seagate Desktop HDD ST2000DM001 2TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: When it worked, everything was fine.

Cons: Drive failed 60 days after I received it. Newegg won't accept a return because it was more than 30 days. Seagate insists the serial number isn't valid, even though I use the serial number displays by their own Seatools utility (which tool also confirms the drive failure with an obscure error code - 97E19AEB). As a result, I cannot get a warranty repair from Seagate either.
