Pros: Works perfectly, and the ten pin USB plug to the MB matched (Gigabyte) as did the power connector (a standard 4 plug design). Note you need a 3.5" to 5.25" drive bay converter as it is not included. I used one made by Startech and it worked perfectly. Also note the item is shipped from China and only took 5 days! Highly recommended!
