RAM-Alley

Pros: For an inexpensive, extremely effective, low baggage, respectively fast computer, it's Great! As an average gamer this board has good "on paper" potential. NOTE I haven't added or tested a 16x card or additional sound, but then for my office, wife, and my 12 yr. old, an SATA HD and utilizing duel channel w/1GB makes this basic board fly! Jumping to no conclusions, ASUS & Biostar have boards that compete, but for the price, & provided you have a few extra cables around, it's stability and minor overclockability make it, what I would consider, an "Consumer's Choice" candidate.
Cons: None, execpt if you want to be REALLY Picky, same old basic complaints, tight fit on some connections, no northbridge fan, and so on. If one has any skill at all, you know what to do.
Overall Review: After having put together my 1st 286/8Mz machine in “I won’t tell you when”, I’ve seen a lot. If you know what your after, and you have no DOA, this board ranks well in the 9.5 category. Please take NOTE about the other comments concerning VISTA
When they work,,, they do work!

Pros: Peformance is significantly faster than any 7200 RPM drive!! Price is within reach of those who want a quick, small storage workstation that saves enough time to make them a real boost to a productivity! They do "grind a bit" but no issue for the 4 I've installed in the office. Overall perfomance varies a bit from WD's claims, but the extra speed is economically worth it.
Cons: Bought 4, 1 out of the first 2 were DOA, 2nd 2 are working "ok" but have significantly (JBOD) different benchmarks, gotta wonder why? I like' em when there working, as my 12 yr old would say, they really "snort" !
Overall Review: Take your chances, I do like the fact that they (originally) came with a 5 yr. warranty as opposed to the std. 3. Consider them a small, fast solution for an expendable station. If you're lucky, they do FLY :)
Re: RMA on the way!

Pros: It works seemingly flawlessly without BSOD's.
Cons: Second board now and it sees the CPU correctly at 3.0 Ghz gigahertz. But still only sees the 1333 RAM @ 533. I realize that the CPU limits the speed to 1066, but no matter what BIOS settings I use, even (AUTO), tops is 533 :(
Overall Review: I used to like bio star, but now I have a bad taste of my mouth.
Worth the money, but cumbersome software.

Pros: The camera does what it says as advertised. If you record directly from the cam to a dvd/vhs, no problem, good image for a $buck-fifty. It takes a decent quality image with an average evening indoor 100 watt light, but don't pan more than "slowly" or you can see the digital fuzzing. I bought this to do a documentory on the build of an RC airplane, I put it on a tirpod, and for that it's perfect. For a video of a family gathering, it's fine. But Don't expect to capture anything that moves fast, it becomes a blurr on Highest quality (UXP) setting. Of course reducing the image quality would reduce the blurring, but that defeates the reason for HD. I'm software savy so I could figure it out. See cons!
Cons: My purpose of documenting the build of an airplane requires editing on the computer. To do any editing first you must spend $15 for JVC's "Element 5" software in order to get the MTS files from the camera to the computer. JVC software is so basic that editing is not realistic. Then I purchased Cyberlink PowerDirector 9.0 which understands the Sony Panasonic (MTS) file format. And so for another $70 I go through a two-step process of of importing the video into JVC's software, and then editing the DVD I'd like to make with PowerDirector 9.0. And for anybody that is not truly software literate, it can be frustrating to the point you'll want to return the camera.
Overall Review: Image stabilization is almost nonexistent. It's imperative that you get a tripod or at least monopod to video anything above two or three power without shaking so bad the image becomes just a blur.
RMA on the way!

Pros: It booted on the first try :)
Cons: Like some one else said, it's inconsistant in seeing the CPU. Recognizes mostly at 780Mhz, sometines at 1.8G, once in a great boot it actually sees it at 3.0G. After all it's a Athlon II x2 250. RAID is a nightmare! Trying to put 2 Velociraptors in 0, (stripe) and it just refuses. I'm waiting for the RMA to see if it's the same. I'll update this review on Tues the 15th with the results.
Overall Review: P.S. Already ran RAM and CPU test of which both passed.
rs482m-il

Pros: Looks like it has potential, won't boot with the ada3000BXbox.
Cons: Point the finger at whomever you want, but the "BX" ie ADA3000BXbox fails on this board. PERIOD.
Overall Review: Good board with an ADA3000BOX!!!
