Product arrived in excellent condition
Dell OptiPlex 980, Minitower, Intel Core i5-660 @ 3.33 GHz, 16GB DDR3, NEW 128GB SSD, DVD-RW, No Operating System
Pros: The unit worked right out of the box. I was quickly able to install the OS and get to work.
Cons: Nothing
Overall Review: I am very satisfied with this purchase.

PC builder's Customer Service response pitiful
Helix WorkPlex 1050 Business Desktop - Intel Core i5 10400 (2.90GHz) - 8 GB DDR4 - 512 GB PCIe SSD - WiFi 5 - Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Pros: Machine arrived a few days earlier than promised
Cons: The software load was 'botched' by the machine assembler. Their response was that I needed to download the ISO and burn it to a USB key that I provided; then install the software from scratch. While this is not very hard; I find it depressing that their mistake forced me to need to do work just to have a working computer and that they didn't even attempt to offer any other solutions to the situation.
Overall Review: The company building these computers needs to seriously review their customer service practices.

Pride in their work
The packaging was excellent. Each disk was individually bubble wrapped and then both were put in a cardboard box. Not many companies bother to ship as carefully as TechDream Labs did.
