PC builder's Customer Service response pitiful9/5/2021 8:08:24 AM

Pros: Machine arrived a few days earlier than promised

Cons: The software load was 'botched' by the machine assembler. Their response was that I needed to download the ISO and burn it to a USB key that I provided; then install the software from scratch. While this is not very hard; I find it depressing that their mistake forced me to need to do work just to have a working computer and that they didn't even attempt to offer any other solutions to the situation.

Overall Review: The company building these computers needs to seriously review their customer service practices.

Pros: The unit worked right out of the box. I was quickly able to install the OS and get to work.

Cons: Nothing

Overall Review: I am very satisfied with this purchase.
