Failed in 45 days, don't trust Samsung warranty

Pros: Very easy setup, very convenient, and nice print quality; when it worked.
Cons: Failed in 45 days. Since then Samsung has wasted 2 weeks and hours of my time so far, and it still isn't resolved.
Overall Review: Just past NewEgg warranty, it failed while printing what was no more than the 200th page. After that, it would start a periodic "hammering" inside the unit when you try to print and during warm up. After going round and round with Samsung tech support, repeating the same "trouble shooting" again and again, replacing parts that they sent, it still does not work 2 weeks later. I got tired of this and told them to just send me a new printer. They "can’t" send a replacement. Then refund my money. They "can’t" refund my money. What can they do? They can send another part in 3-5 business days? The best I could do was get them to send the part to a tech who will come out to install it. And if that doesn’t fix it, the *maybe* he can actually identify the right part, and wait another several days till it comes in AND he can get back. Supervisor repeated the same story... My new replacement HP Printer will arrive before the "best case" time frame for the NEXT Samsung parts.
Another one bites the dust

Pros: Cheap. But, too bad it does not work.
Cons: Company lies about Vista 64 support, and as stated, will accept no phone support calls. Email remains unanswered. Driver download has a Vista64 directory, and it installs, but Vista refuses to load. How could they be so stupid as to ship without even testing?
Overall Review: Mine is going back for return. Total time wasted including 2 trips to the store AND trying to find a work around; approximately 4 hours!
