Pros: For the price I don't think this thing can be beat @179 w/ the promo code. I haven't noticed any problems with it, yet. As usual I had to turn the brightness way down for my use. I'm in a room with full sunlight on 3 sides and have no problem. 27 inches might be a bit large for 1080 resolution, but I can sit back further and that's a plus. With adjustments it's better to the eye than the smaller, $300 Samsung it's replacing. Good performance in games, video and regular web browsing.

Cons: The stand is a bit wobbly, but it has VESA mounting holes available. Blinking white light when it goes into standby mode, but you can power it off to avoid that.

Pros: Good looks, automatic.

Cons: Lost several minutes per day (possibly it was still within the break in period for an automatic), the seconds hand fell off and is floating around inside the case. Emailed the seller with no response.

Overall Review: I regret my purchase even at the double digit shell shocker type price it was not worth the money or trouble.
