Pros: A very good board, everything I wrote before still applies.

Cons: After almost 4 months of running the board on water cooling a great deal of copper corrosion and nasty buildup almost completely clogged waterflow through the system. I had to flush the system and omit the motherboard from the water cooling loop, its now on heatsink only. So far running fine but I wish Asus would have used a better quality waterblock on this board.

Pros: Loaded with features and cutting edge technology.

Cons: DOES NOT WORK. I noticed the same puncture in the inner packaging but the board thankfully was not chipped. However, I also experienced the same 5-7 second rebooting loop without a screen post. RMA in progress and I am very concerned after reading these recent reviews I would never have bought this board. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Overall Review: An anti-static bag would have been prudent. I've been building PC's for over a decade and I've never experienced these kinds of problems on a top dollar board. Gigabyte, never again. Toms Hardware just took a credibility hit in my book as well. I want to see if this RMA board has the same problem, if so, in the garbage it goes.

Pros: Looks good, heatspreaders are a nice built-in feature. Corsair has always been a quality company.

Cons: I bought two packages of these for a total of 4Gb. After finishing the build I noticed I had 5Gb. Upon further examination, one of the sticks was reading 2Gb and the P/N was different than the rest CM3X1024-1600C7DHX.

Overall Review: The "oddball" stick also has XMP speed ext. It's running fine so far, but I'm wondering if the mismatch is going to be a problem down the line as I OC or add additional hardware.

Pros: None yet as it is not working.

Cons: Every time I install the driver it crashes my machine. I get the same results from the updated drivers from the website. Freezes everything and I'm forced to do a cold boot. I hope I don't have the same compadibility problems I've read in other reviews.

Pros: Runs any 3D game to date without a hitch. Ability to multi-task is unprecidented. Burn, Listen, Play CoD4, run anti-virus scan, flop@home and it does not lag AT ALL.

Overall Review: I personally don't OC but my friend has the same proc and mobo, OC-ed by changing multiplier to 10, bus speed to 400 and it ran at 4Ghz no problems. I just won't try it because I have a warranty voiding phobia.

Pros: You couldn't ask for more from a company. It works well out of the box, no need to flash bios or do any strange initial hardware configs. Slap it all together, boot it, and enjoy. I give ASUS and this board my highest endorsements. They've earned a loyal customer for life.

Cons: The on board raid ctrl is a bit slower than I expected it to be on writes but that may be a setup error on my part. Still looking into that. Runs extremely fast regardless.

Overall Review: Don't install the "AI-suite" to overclock through windows as I've noticed it conflicts with the bios settings sometimes and crashes, I've been much better off without it. Zalman Reserator XT was a very easy to install liquid cooling system with everything i needed from compadible tubing to cpu heatsink. Just a pleasure to build, what a breeze.
