Pros: I actually have to say I genuinly liked this KVM. It's small and easy to set up as well as everything working as expected out of the box. I switch between two linux systems and it didn't give me any issues. I did have to use the button on the unit to switch between each computer, but I don't mind this.

Cons: I really had high hopes for this out of the box, but unfortunately it's going back to the store tomorrow. The main issue I had with it was interference over the VGA cable. What was happening was I would plug in both my computers, a laptop and a desktop, and I would see the screen "glitching" in certain spots. The glitch would scroll up and down on the screen and it would only do this with my laptop plugged in while viewing my desktop. I tried different cables and configurations but no matter what if my laptop was plugged into it while viewing my desktop the interference would show up. I did have the chance to try the device with another laptop and didn't have any issues so it must be something with my laptops VGA output. What is odd though is if I was viewing the laptops actual output there was no interference. Some combination of my laptop and this KVM cause the issue. It's probably an isolated problem with my specific setup, but my old 1999 Belkin KVM works just fine. It's unfortunate that this is the only thing wrong with this KVM and I really don't want to risk trying another KVM from them. With this said if you want to take the risk go for it. It's inexpensive and will probably work in most cases. The product seems of ok quality, and I took a look inside and nothing looks of particuarly low quality. Also, the cables and everything did work and were of good quality (did 1080p just fine). However, if you want something that is guaranteed to work 100% of the time with every configuration you might want to go for something a bit more expensive.
