Pros: I already owned and loved the Corsair k70 keyboard with red switches for about half a year, then I was at the store and got to use a different manufacturer's keyboard that had blue switches. The moment I got home, I had to order this one.
Cons: NONE I bought a second one just to get the different key switch type.
Overall Review: I got home from work on the day it arrived and was expecting to see a newegg box, but nope. There was a box that had cheap $30 keyboard-mouse combo pictures on it. I started freaking out. "they better not have shipped me this, I'm not paying to ship this back". Then I cut the tape and there it was: my awesome keyboard box inside of the cheap keyboard box. I was so relieved when I saw it.
Pros: Awesome fan, its quiet moves a good amount of air. Has a bright red led's that match BitFenix's alchemy led's. You can hook the led's up to a switch.
Cons: DON'T hook the LED's up to a fan controller to get it to stay at maximum brightness. I tried to hook the LED's up to the fan controller that comes built into my case with the fan plugged into the mobo header on my ROG board...
IT KILLED THE FAN HEADER
it was my fault i take complete blame for the death of my fan header
Pros: Cheep cable
Amazing picture quality for the price
Cons: This cable does not support copy protected software AKA *Blue-ray Discs*
Overall Review: I had this cable connecting my HTPC to my TV. A few months went by before I tried to watch a blue-ray disc with this. I put the disc in and the software i use popped up a notification saying there was a copy protection issue. I tried another cable and problem solved.
Its a great cable for the price, just make sure the cable you are using can do what you need it to.
I have a 240 GB Corsair Neutron GTX in this SilverStone RAVEN RVS02 external enclosure they are so fast together.
i was able to move 65 gigs in 3 minutes
Cons: the ssd was a little to thin for the SilverStone RAVEN RVS02 enclosure so i went to the hardware store and got some $3.50 felt bumpers just to fill the space just so it wont be moving around in the enclosure.
I used 5 felt bumpers now i need to find something to do with the remaining 79 felt bumpers.
It comes with a powered USB y cable that is VERY long and my USB ports supply enough power to where i don't need it, so i zip tied it to the other cable to keep it from dangleing around to prevent it from scratching up the paint on my computer.
Overall Review: I transferred everything from my old WD external USB 3.0 hdd to my computer it took 20 minutes then everything to this drive in only 3 MINUTES
the words expressing how surprised i was about the speed are not aloud on neweeg's reviews
Pros: I'm using it as a home theater PC so it fits and looks great in my TV stand.
Its in a TV stand and i still get good temps
The ODD i chose has a glossy front like the case witch made everything match very nicely.
Nice modeler design
I was able to tuck the cable's i didn't use between the PSU and the case fan so they weren't blocking any air flow
Cons: PSU fan was to loud for my liking so i switched it out with one would only run the fan when it gets under load (ordered it a few weeks after i finished the build so it has not arrived yet)
the case fan that came with it was nice and quiet but it didn't move much air so i swapped it out
my GPU has a small fan on it and IN WIN did not put vet holes in this case for GPU's. (Nothing a drill couldn't fix)
the ODD was 1/4" longer than most so I had some clearance issues with the CPU heat sink. I had to break off part of 2 of the many fins (did not change my CPU temps)
Overall Review: I would build another computer out of this case again.
I would recommend this case as a HTPC or as a steambox
MOBO: MSI FM2-A75IA-E53 FM2 AMD A75

RAM: G.SKILL Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1866
SSD: Corsair Neutron Series GTX CSSD-N240GB
ODD: LG Black 12X Blu-ray Combo Drive
PSU: SeaSonic SS-300TGW 300W TFX12V 80 PLUS GOLD
CPU Cooler: COOLER MASTER GeminII M4
COOLER MASTER R4 Blade Master 120mm fan
Case Fan: COOLER MASTER R4 Blade Master 80mm fan
OS: Windows 8 64-bit
Keyboard: IOGEAR GKM681R Mini Keyboard / Optical Trackball and Scroll Wheel
Pros: gives the dominator platinums a different look. In my opinion it looks better.
It comes with enough screws to no use the screws that you have to take off, i didn't use them but i knew if i stripped one i had plenty of extras.
Cons: the installation instructions are wrong in one instance and missing a part in another. see other thoughts for more info.
these light bars are not polished like the stock ones
Overall Review: the part that is wrong in the instructions is that the clear plastic that came with this shows that you need to put it on upside down.
the missing part in the instructions is that the plastic piece that is in the old light bar needs to be taken out and put in the new light bar. (I had to take all 4 of my dimms apart again once i realized what was wrong)
other than that its a great product.
Pros: Very bright lighting strip
Fits perfectly in the top and bottom channel behind the door of the corsair graphite 600 T
Cons: Does not come with adhesive tape like the description describes so i took one egg off for false advertising
i have 2 of these, they both didnt come with adhesive so i know it wasn't just a mess up when the strip was made
Overall Review: i have 2 of these lighting strips a 20 cm in the bottom and a 30 cm in the top of my case. It didn't come with adhesive so i had to buy my own witch was no big deal
if you have the corsair graphite 600 T I would strongly recommend the BitFenix Aqua LED strip because they are very bright and the size seems like they were made for this case in particular.
I have this drive in a SilverStone RAVEN RVS02 external enclosure they are so fast together
i was able to move 65 gigs in 3 minutes
Cons: the ssd was a little to thin for the SilverStone RAVEN RVS02 enclosure so i went to the hardware store and got some $3.50 felt bumpers just to fill the space just so it wont be moving around in the enclosure
I used 5 felt bumpers now i need to find something to do with the remaining 79 felt bumpers
Overall Review: This is my 2nd review for this drive i have another review labeled Raid 0
Already had 2 of these in my system set up in raid 0 so i knew how fast it was but i was not expecting it to be this fast with just one
I transferred everything from my old WD external usb 3.0 hdd to my computer it took 20 minutes then everything to this drive in only 3 MINUTES
the words expressing how surprised i was are not aloud on neweeg reviews
Pros: awesome having 3 presets because some fps games move the camera much faster than others now i don't have to change the in game settings for every game
very easy to switch sensitivity mid game
sniper button is amazing I even use it when I'm not playing games because i like having the dpi set faster than i should
Cons: I keep my hand far back on the mouse to where my thumb is a tiny bit to short to reach the sniper button but that's a con on myself not a con on the mouse
Pros: They work
Cons: they do not come anywhere near matching any of the other purple xigmatek fans
2 eggs off because well... 2 non purple fans, 2 eggs taken away
Overall Review: I needed 2 80mm, 2 140mm, and 2 120mm purple fans for my build. I read the reviews saying they had 1 purple & 1 blue fan. Newegg was sold out of the single packs so i spent the extra money and bought 2 of these. i received 4 fans but they were all a blueish purple color that dont match any of the other xigmatek fans i had bought. i ended up buying the single packs from another site cause i didint want to wait for newegg to get them in stock
Pros: Extremely Bright.
You only need one of these to light up your entire case
Was able to wedge it perfectly in a channel right behind the door at the top of my Corsair Graphite 600T case.
Very easy install.
Cons: one egg off because it did not come with adhesive.
Overall Review: I used black electrical tape to make sure it wont fall out of the channel in my case.
You cant see the tape or the lighting strip from the side windows or the grates in the top of the case.
Pros: Drive works without a problem
Cons: I submitted my rebate sending them the rebate form, Bar code and my order confirmation. ASUS declined it saying "Receipt/Invoice or Packing List is missing". They even had a link showing scans of all the paperwork i sent in.
Overall Review: my entire computer is intell ASUS and corsair
I used the order confirmation for all of my rebates
3 rebates from corsair ACCEPTED
1 rebate from ASUS DECLINED
the only reason i took 2 eggs away is because of the rebate problem
Pros: I bought this fan accidentally instead of the 120mm. I kept it because fans are cheep. I ended up needing to replace the front stock 200mm fan in my graphite 600t case so I used this fan because the stock one would whistle when it would rev up. Surprisingly my system is running a little bit cooler with the smaller fan.
Cons: Corsair doesn't make a 200mm quiet edition fan witch isn't a con agents this fan. With the fan at the front of my case the wire wasn't long enough to reach my motherboard headder without an extension cable.
Overall Review: If corsair made a 200mm quiet edition fan I would buy it just so I could have the proper size fan in my case.
