Pros: It has nice lights.

Cons: Major quality problems

Overall Review: I should start off by saying that I am on my 2nd replacement board. My initial reaction to the board was positive as it had the features that I wanted and seemed stable and reliable. Six months into using it the nightmare started. I had used my computer in the morning and went to check something on the web that afternoon and found that though my computer was still on it was unresponsive. None of the usual troubleshooting methods had any results so I RMA'd the board back to MSI. They sent a replacement. The problem with the replacement was that it would not boot up if all the memory slots were used. After troubleshooting I found that it would boot as long as slots 7 and 8 were left empty. Even just modules in slots one and eight, one of the configs that the manual suggests to use, would prevent the board from booting. So back to MSI for another RMA. The current board they sent back has this same problem. No boot if slot 7 or 8 are used. I can fill the first 6 slots and Windows 10 X64 shows 48g of Ram . I'm using CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 64GB (8 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) C14 Memory Kit Model CMD64GX4M8A2400C14 and have tested each stick in slot one and each one boots the board fine. I have tried ever combination of the sticks shuffling them around and no problem unless I put one in slot 7 or 8 . So I'm now stuck with only being able to access 48g out of 64g. I've updated the bios hoping that would resolve the problem to no avail. My last build I also used an MSI board and have never had a problem with it, but this board is a major headache for me.
