Pros: USB ports work fine

Cons: SATA port is NOT plug and play. You have to unplug the power and USB cable from the hub. Connect the hub to the drive. Then re-plug the USB cable and power to the hub so the drive is detected. You also have to unplug the USB cable and power from the hub to disconnect otherwise you computer will continue to the think the HDD is connected.
