Comments: Received this drive July 7, 2005 it arrived DOA. Neweggs policy states that it is warranted by the manufacturer. I sent the drive to Toshiba in California. More than 2 months have gone by and I still have not received the repaired drive. When you buy something brand new and it arrives dead, you should get a replacement from where you purchased it.
