Pros: Looks pretty

Cons: Very nice computer if it works. Mine crashes constantly. Spent days trying to fix it, corrupted files everywhere. Completed online support with Skytech, Newegg and my video game support team. Nothing work. Asked about replacing it and I could but it would take nearly three weeks to get a replacement. Still waiting. Good thing I have a back up as I also work from home!!

Overall Review: It should not take so long to replace an item that was purchased. Maybe a box store is the way to go
