Nice surprise !!!

42" 1080p LCD HDTV
42" 1080p LCD HDTV

Pros: More than I expected! Very nice looking, great design, tons of features and connections. Best of all *excellent price* - no comparison at this price range. Did I mansion, that is really nice and sleek. Hyundai are really going forward with the electronics, this is for sure. You got crystal clear picture in HD and excellent contrast ratio. It Looks so sharp. Tested with VGA input - amazing! HDMI is great too. All analog inputs are also good but as I was expecting, can not go even close to the digital HDMI inputs. Now I really enjoy HDTV.

Cons: Levels of black are not the best - but Hyundai has some way to enforce it when showing picture. Only noticeable when is showing blank background - looks like dark blue/gray. Not an issue, cause the only way to get fully black background is Samsung/Sony (price is going up with 1k). Big CONS is SHIPPING - AIT customer’s support is not the best. Deliver ONLY Mon-Fri 11am-2pm I was not able to set exact appointment - ending up picking up my TV from the warehouse. Warranty policy is really annoying - thanks G*D I don't need to use it for now.

Overall Review: Remote is really good, user friendly and easy to use. Digital channels are switching a bit slow (1-2 sec) but that is with all HD digital TVs out there - I would say that this one is even faster. Overall - very satisfied with the purchase.

Most Critical Review

Don't like it at ALL

Alpha and Omega MP3 on Channel Car Audio Adapter w/Audio In Jack USB-MP-308-2
Alpha and Omega MP3 on Channel Car Audio Adapter w/Audio In Jack USB-MP-308-2

Pros: Poor quality of the sound - used in Camry and tried in Altima - sounds very bad. Looks OK - but the plastic is cheap too and is overall useless.

Cons: Sounds terrible on all frequencies.

Overall Review: Not worthed even this money.

Great Price, Great Buy, but...- POST 2

MSI 17.0" Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 4GB Memory Windows Vista Home Premium 9S7-172234-074
MSI 17.0" Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 4GB Memory Windows Vista Home Premium 9S7-172234-074

Pros: Please see my other post...

Cons: 1. Horrible customer support! MSi has 5 requirements before even consider to look at your request. Also I'm a IT Tech and was not able to find the serial! There is nothing on the bottom of the machine or on the box. No support in the end, just pointless e-mails back and forward. 2. Bad quality Mic. Horrible sound quality with loud noise . Unusable for skype! 3. The keyboard design is so bad. There is some unused space on left and the whole "enter" area is so reduculasly small.... Left CTRL is switched with FN key - for a gamer this is nightmare.... The arrow keys are smaller too - used is so many games I don't understand what they were thinking when design this layout.... 4. Card Reader is constantly BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) if ReadyBoost function is activated. Tested with 4 (four) different cards, preinstalled windows (64bit and 32bit), tried with older/newer drivers - same result. Otherwise is reading the content of the card OK.

Overall Review: I got no problems with overheating, overall speed and performance are astonishing. The screen is not the brightest, but bright enough and viewable from very wide angle. Due to Lack of support and bad mic/keyboard it deserves only 3 eggs!!! Too bad MSi

Great machine, Great buy

MSI 17.0" Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 4GB Memory Windows Vista Home Premium 9S7-172234-074
MSI 17.0" Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 4GB Memory Windows Vista Home Premium 9S7-172234-074

Pros: Powerful but, not huge and heavy like the competition! Everything inside is well chosen and operates smooth, cool and quite! In the end this is a gaming machine on the GO - to me silent and cool is important. Just 9.6 lb is awesome for 17" gaming star. I love 4850 and P8600 - runs Crysis on MAX. Turbo mode is great and works just fine. Few bloatware, easy to remove. Overall configuration time out of box is less than 30 min! Well made - looks good too.

Cons: Just a few that worth mentioning: 1.Vista 32bit - 64bit would be better to some... 2.Power button is positioned right next to ESC and is pretty small too... 3. Keyboard could be designed better, but can get use to. More important is the red colored F keys - very hard to see. 4. You have to install Symantec Anti Virus before be able to remove it. Fast and painless operation.

Overall Review: Great machine for the money! I made recovery disks and went straight for Vista Home Premium 64bit. Painless installation - all drivers from MSI worked great even though it said Vista 32bit when downloading. Serial key from the bottom of your machine will work with Vista Home Premium 64bit. In my experience most people would not need 64bit OS, so 32bit will do just fine. There are some draw backs on the 64bit OS and some advantages. If you don't wanna spend the time - your PC will not suffer anything if you stay with 32bit for now.

Very impressive

XFX PVT84JUDD3 GeForce 8600GT XXX 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Video Card
XFX PVT84JUDD3 GeForce 8600GT XXX 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Video Card

Pros: I was able to play CRYSIS! Yes - this card is able to get the job done with some compromises, all graphics set to mid -> low and no AA at 1280x960 wide screen mode. Overall, playble really nice and smooth. In all other games I tried it is just excellent (Lost Planet, Gears Of War, NFS ProStreet, BF2142, Unreal Tournament) - not a problem for this card on mid -> high settings. Great PRICE (Rebate + Good Game) Absolutelly great Vallue!

Cons: None - 256MB are just not enough for todays games, but this is not a con for the price.

Overall Review: Don't go in SLI with this card. I tested two - not impressed at all, basically you are gaining some processing performance (about 15%-20%) BUT 256MB for textures are far from enough. Crysis in SLI just die on open space scenarios with a little bit of action and explosions. Overall great card, just don't expect too much :)

Don have this one - but an NETGEAR user

NETGEAR DG834G 802.11b/g Wireless-G Router up to 54Mbps with Built-In DSL Modem
NETGEAR DG834G 802.11b/g Wireless-G Router up to 54Mbps with Built-In DSL Modem

Pros: When it works - it works. Good for the money, do not expect the best!

Cons: TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SUPPORT. 1:45 minutes on the phone with every single rep or tech in their customer support. Finally with Managar I was able to get RMA number. NEVER NETGEAR AGAIN!!!

Overall Review: I'm an IT professional doing IT for living. Never been more frustrated - will avoid Netgear at all cost.
