Sound Blasted
Creative 70SB088000004 7.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz PCI Express 1x Interface PCI Express Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium
Pros: Great sound. Went from a SB Live! 24 bit (PCI) to this card and what a difference! Music sounds so much better and so do games. PCIe is great; keep the PCI slots open for older hardware. The software is easy to use and has different modes for games, movies and music.
Cons: Can't get the front panel audio to work, but not sure if it's the sound card or something else.
Overall Review: I was thinking about the Fatal1ty version of this card, but I didn't see the need for 64 MB for sound. I am very happy with the quality of this card.

Pros: It works.
Cons: Very poor reception.

Pros: You'd be hard-pressed to find a PSU of higher quality. I've built two computers for friends using this model. I'm about to buy one for myself when I upgrade to Sandy Bridge; my SII 550 is still going strong. When you're spending thousands of dollars on hardware, it's best not to skimp on what's feeding them juice.
Cons: The price is a little steep, but you get what you pay for.
Overall Review: To the only person that left the bad review- if you would have taken the 2 minutes to read the instruction manual... you would have learned that this PSU does not spin-up the fan until it hits a certain load. Then it steps-up the fan speed incrementally. It's too bad you're the one that missed out on a great product.

Does its job

Overall Review: Good price and it came with the cables and software.

The best 40 dollar case on Newegg!
Cooler Master Elite RC-310-BWN1-GP Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Pros: Everything was easy to install. This case looks great! The pics do not do it justice... Not what you'd expect for 40 bucks.
Cons: Zero.
Overall Review: I've built many computers in my life, and I'd have to say this is one of the best mid-tower cases I've ever seen at this price.

Gigabyte has come a long way...
GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Pros: Stable! From the first power-up it's been great; zero problems. Many BIOS options and a good set features for a MB at this price. Plenty of SATA ports. OBV Works with Aero in Windows 7. This might be the best mATX board I've ever seen, given the price.
Cons: The 4200 OBV is not the best for gaming.. but for use as an HTPC with Blu-ray it'll get the job done.
Overall Review: I used this MB in a build for my parents to replace their 7 year-old AMD 64 3200. It's great for them and what they use it for. I pray I get another 7 trouble-free years out of this new build.
