Pros: Fast, easy to install and reliable (never had an Intel CPU fail on me).

Cons: Expensive Was not available in OEM version (I don't use the stock Intel fans) Need an aftermarket cooling fan with brackets to avoid installing the Intel fan. This clip-based system is terrible.

Overall Review: Bought this because I multitask on heavy spreadsheets and other processor-intensive apps, with lots of external data links. Excel 2007 is supposed to scale well on multi-procs. I use this with XP and so far so good, it looks like I have a lot of upside room.

Pros: To be fair, I'm upgrading my review to average since I've managed to solve the main problem with RAM. Performance is average and stable so far.

Cons: Doesn't show you the actual DRAM voltage and only allow increments of 0.1V (instead of 0.05V). The first issue is plain stupid (if the first thought that comes into a user's mind upon looking at a feature is "What the f$#k??!!" then it's bad engineering :-) For DDR3, the half-volt is important, although not critical

Overall Review: I have managed to make my OCZ 1333 DDR3 mem runs at that speed, by taking a leap of faith and overvolting it by 0.3V. This is the DS3R rev. 2101

Pros: Pro: it works as expected for this series

Cons: No mounting screws, so I removed one egg. It just happened that I didn't have those types of screws on hand (and why should I be expected to?) and what should have been a 10mns job (mounting in a tower case) became a scrounging, annoying expedition. I remember when drives came with screws. This is not even nickel-and-diming customers to death; manufacturers are down to half-pennies now.

Overall Review: The price was right.

Pros: I know it's a refurb, but I can't tell: can't see any flaw. It looks and feels brand new. Came with Android 5.0 installed. Upgraded to Android 6.1 without a glitch (used the Sony software from a PC; the phone won't update directly over wifi for this version of Android) The price: unbelievable! $15 with tax and shipping.

Cons: Pain in my jaw from smiling while looking at my phone :)

Pros: It came in well packaged, and it looks brand new aside from a small quarter-inch scruff on the upper edge of the tablet, and some signs of wear on the USB socket, also on the tablet. Everything works like new, including the screen, which is nice and sharp. The tablet was pre-loaded with a clean copy of Win7, which I updated to the latest patches from Microsoft and Samsung, and I then upgraded to Windows 10. I'm not too impressed with the latter, especially the functionality of the Win virtual keyboard (doesn't come up every time with tapping); but this has nothing to do with the tablet itself.

Cons: The battery, used with the tablet at full power, including the screen, lasts about 2 hours, which is not great but is not a problem for me.

Overall Review: Considering the price, I got much better bang for the buck than I expected. Another good purchase from "Old Reliable" Newegg :)
