Overall Review: Ups box, and ABS box were in perfect condition on arrival yet there is a nasty dent in the top of the case. I have to assume the damaged case was packed into the Styrofoam this way. But the bigger quality control issue is that this PC shipped without a fan controller installed at all. Just dangling fan connectors for every case fan. The dent I'll get over I guess? The fan controller... Not very impressed thus far with this house build to say the least. Sadly this will forever be my first impression of Newegg. To error is human, but do expect my phone call and make this right ASAP please.
