Comments: This power supply that was shipped to me matched model numbers, but only had the front fan. The unit is slightly different from pictured, as there's no place in the back for the second fan. Newegg doesn't even offer one like this with only one fan. Item arrived (Aug12,2005) and customer service notified of the one fan. I'm very satisfied with how Newegg dealt with this, (thanks, Customer Service!) but until they change the pics and the product description on the page...or the maker ships different power supplies, be aware.

Pros: Worked great!

Cons: Worked until it failed -- after four months of fairly sporadic use. Write errors, read errors, particularly anywhere other than the "initial track"

Overall Review: Unlucky me -- I realize that I just got a bad one... Unlucky them -- but also realize I won't be buying this brand again. This was a vanilla install on a Win2000 box with no attempts to alter the original configuration. I used nothing but Nero 6.3 on it. I'll pay more for a burner that actually lasts more than a few months.
