Pros: Very easy install on LGA775, not sure why some others are having trouble. It took less then 10 minutes to have it mounted with the fan installed. Overclocked my Pentium-D 820 2.8ghz to 3.4ghz 38c idle 55c load. No clearance issues at all on my Asus P5WD2-E Premium.

Cons: With fan installed blocks my last memory slot. Not a huge deal as 3gb will do just fine.. XP can't even support 4gb correctly.

Pros: Awesome power supply, fits the Antec P180 case perfectly. Was a bit worried after reading it has some issues with certian boards espically Asus which just happens to be the brand of board I had ordered. It seems if the serial number is 512xxxx or greater the problem is resolved. Mine was and its working just fine on my system. I also hear putting atleast 1 amp load on the first and last slots will get to to work correctly on the older ones.

Cons: The inital scare of possible problems on some boards after ordering it.
