Pros: Works great, super easy installation, nice icons show up for the individual drives, quality build.
Cons: twice as much $ as some other models but you get what you pay for.
Overall Review: This media card reader rocks! So far I have used the CF, SD, micro SD, & MS slots and have had great transfer rates. You can download specific drivers from A.F.T. to show icons for the individual slots instead of generic E,F,G,H and such.
There are better options for less cash
Pros: Imaging, remote control, looks nice.
Cons: sound quality, total output, plastic speaker cases, cables are to short.
Overall Review: I have to say for the price there are much better options available. They do have very good imaging but the sound quality is just not there. The total subwoofer output is weak and the satellite cables need to be longer. These will probably be given to 1 of my children and replaced with a Klipsch 2.1 Pro Media units for $100 cheaper cost and much better sound quality & total output.
Best fans you can buy at any price.
Pros: Great airflow & pressure Orange color Quiet
Overall Review: I've been using these Cougar fans exclusively since 2011(both 120 & 140mmmm) and don't think you can find a better fan in the market. I even replace the stock Noctua fans on my CPU coolers with these Cougar fans. I can only hope they continue to make them in the same Orange color because I don't know what I could replace them with.
Great way to convert your original LanCool2 case
Pros: I thought it was reasonably priced for all the included pieces (Front panel, Side panel, & Feet) and my temps dropped 8-9 deg immediately after installation. I should add that I replaced all stock fans and filled every fan position with Cougar Vortex models. I like this this does away with the RGB front section just because I think any RGB looks totally "fruitcake" so I was happy to see it gone.
Cons: None, both panels replaced very easily and the included feet looked the exact same so I didn't change those.
Overall Review: This is a great way to lower temps and get rid of the "fruitcake pride" looking RGB front panel.
great case with good features
Pros: Native USB 3 header without having to route a cable out the back. cooling options, tool less drive bays, fit & finish.
Cons: They say you can mount 10 fans in this unit but I'm only counting 8 unless they are talking about making either the side panel or top vents into a push/pull configure.
Overall Review: I just received this case and it it very easy to build with and has great ventilation. Another nice feature is the ability to turn off the LED's on the front fans, I'm not really into lighting my rigs up like a disco club. There is plenty of room to spare with large video cards and it has great cable management. I think I like this unit better than my Corsair 600T. I would definitively recommend this case to others!
Great card good price
Pros: Nice product, decent sized, nicely packaged
Cons: No CrossFire bridge included. Latest CCC a little flaky, still looking for a previous ideal driver.
Overall Review: This is a great card for me personally being a non-gamer, I'm a heavy CS5 photoshop user and it is perfect in that application. I might add a identical card in the future to try gaming with and a included crossfire bridge would have been nice. I ws getting some screen flash with the latest CCC but I just re-installed the drivers with the included disk and all has been well since.
