MSI Radeon RX 580 8GB GDDR5 PCI Express x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card RX 580 GAMING X 8G
MSI Radeon RX 580 8GB GDDR5 PCI Express x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card RX 580 GAMING X 8G

Pros: -Temps are fantastic -Absolutely no coil whine at all -Came packaged exceptionally well and the gpu was encased in closed cell foam -MSI software used to control the RGB logo on the side is VERY easy to use -Very little noise while under full gaming load -Came with a cute dragon installation comic and stickers -Looks cool as ****

Cons: -wish the red fan lights were rgb controlled but just a minor nit pick on my part -Cost money -Case badge would have been nice again just nit picking here

Overall Review: -Absolutely recommend if you plan on upgrading to a mainstream card with plenty of performance for 1080p 60fps gaming. But, don't want to break the bank.

Could be better.

Thermaltake Core V31 CA-1C8-00M1WN-00 Black ATX Gaming Mid Tower Computer Case
Thermaltake Core V31 CA-1C8-00M1WN-00 Black ATX Gaming Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: It's easy to work in. Easy cable management. Good hard drive mounting brackets with anti-vibration pads. Magnetic top filter. East to remove the front panel. Anti-vibration pads for power supply. Came with twist ties. Great airflow. Rolled edges to ensure you don't get cut.

Cons: Build quality. Thin metal used in overall construction. Thumb screws are HORRIBLE. I mean they're just awful I mean common! Flimsy front panel ports. flex/give on expansion slot after installing gpu. Front fans are installed into very thin metal. Case has considerable flex/give with both side panels off. Bottom case filter could be MUCH better. Rubbing a clean brand new microfiber cloth on the side panel window easily produced scratches. Case rivets are sharp and in the way. The rubber feet on the bottom could be more secure. Thin paint chips and exposes raw metal easily.

Overall Review: I'll just put it this way, this case could have been great if it was more expensive and had been built with better materials. It's got everything going for it but this one big cost saving measure. This was the PC case I picked for my first build and honestly I'm disappointed. My old dell slim inspiron case had better build quality than this. I think Thermaltake cheaped out on the wrong parts of an overall great layout for a case by using flimsy materials. It's like they built a whole case out of thin sheet metal.

Pros: Awesome for the price

Cons: lots of dead pixels

Overall Review: My monitor came with some very annoying red stuck pixels and dead pixels on the edges of the screen. If the monitor had no dead pixels this thing would be perfect. Going to see if I can get it replaced first before a refund because I love it that much. My 8 year old 1080p monitor this thing replaced after all those years has no dead pixels. Really wasn't expecting this to happen but maybe I just got a lemon?

SAPPHIRE NITRO Radeon R9 380X 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Dual-X OC Version w/ backplate (UEFI) Video Card 100383NTOCL
SAPPHIRE NITRO Radeon R9 380X 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Dual-X OC Version w/ backplate (UEFI) Video Card 100383NTOCL

Pros: Whisper quiet Runs cool idle is about 34c Backplate Came with absolutely no issues Cool case badge included

Cons: Doesn't make me breakfast

Overall Review: The card itself runs cool, looks good and wreaks modern games at 1080p. New crimson drivers are working perfectly fine for me I haven't found any issues at all whatsoever. This thing is whisper quiet in my case and even at 50-60% fan speed still can't be heard. That's the fastest the fans have gotten while under gaming load so far. Then again my case has two front 140mm intake fans blowing cool air on it with no obstructions in the way so your mileage my vary.
