Pros: I bought this drive to replace a 5-6 year old ide drive. Re-installing XP Pro was a snap after setting the jumper across 5 & 6. I hope to get all of my software reinstalled and run some more tests.

Cons: Motherboard wouldn't recognize the drive until I set the jumper across 5 & 6. I wouldn't have known that if I hadn't read it here on Newegg in a review.

Overall Review: Make sure that you know if your motherboard supports the 3.0Gb/s. I'm using the ASRock 775V88+ which only supports 1.5GB/s. Double checked with Western Digital's site and set the jumper across 5 & 6. Rebooted and XP setup fired right up.

Pros: Jetbook Lite is a nice reader for the price. I purchased it and a 4gig SDHC card. I have yet to use the cord it comes with to transfer books. I find it easier to transfer directly to the card. I have been able to read sample books from large online bookstores. I have not run into any problems with any of the formats that I have downloaded (yet) (mainly epub, pdf, txt, rtf). Love that it is AA powered. Never with out power. Don’t have to carry a charging cable. I use rechargeable batteries but can always run to the store when traveling.

Cons: I wish the internal memory was larger.
