bugged windows 10

Pros: nice fast almost new computer

Cons: OS windows 10 keep having ansane pop-up for both browser EDGE and CHROME, to the point I could not work in the device. I tried to configure the setting to solve the problem, I could not. the computer must be infested with virus. also the keyboard and mouse are the dumbest, cheapest accessories I have ever seen
