Overall Review: I've waited nearly two months to write this. The laptop itself has performed to my expectations with no problems. There are two reasons for the four stars: 1. the laptop model is almost identical to older generations, which led to me originally receiving an older model, which I had to exchange (customer support was awesome and reduced the annoyance) and 2. because ASUS essentially swapped the cpus with a newer generation, they'd already discontinued making chargers and other spare parts. This made finding a spare charger next to impossible, with ASUS customer service essentially telling me good luck. Minor things, but otherwise great laptop.
