Excellent Buy!

Patriot Signature Series 1GB (2 x 512MB) DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory Model PSD1G400KH
Patriot Signature Series 1GB (2 x 512MB) DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory Model PSD1G400KH

Pros: Just like it says Plug-N-Play! I stuck the pair in my Ak39N and automatically the clock went to DDR 400 I set the timings and went to overclocking. Processor up 100mhz by the FSB only and the timings at 2.5-3-3-8@ 480mhz. I've got an older motherboard and AMD XP 2400+ at 2.1Ghz stable. I'll be upgrading to a 64bit system soon and this ram will transfer so that's another plus. As always NewEgg was quick with the shipping. I just got stuck with Thanksgiving holidays so didn't get the ram until the following Monday. I have never liked UPS that much anyway :/ Great Product Great Service! Thanks NewEgg!

Cons: Thanksgiving delayed the shipping times. Not NewEgg's fault.

Great RAM Great Price!

Pros: Easy to install, overclocks 40Mhz+, timings are great, overall a great buy! I bought this for my current system but I've got another one in the works and this ram will transfer over. The timings run 2.5-2-2-6 for me, but I've got an older board. The heat spreaders look absolutely great and won't tarnish like copper ones. I've clocked my Thoroughbred 2400+ to 2.2Ghz stable just using the fsb, with a Shuttle AK39N. My old ram wouldn't even get 2.1 to run stable.

Cons: Timings listed in booklet wouldn't let my pc post. BUT.. allowing it to autoclock then adjusting, provided great results.

Overall Review: If you're in the market for econimy priced ram with excellent performance, don't hesitate. It won't let you down!
