Pros: Works as advertised.

Cons: Can't remove basemount neckpiece; only the round plate that it clips to is removable. You will end up with a stump sticking out from the bottom of the screen if you wall mount. It even says this in the manual, but the pictures do show it without the neck.

Overall Review: Make the entire mounting base removable.
