Good inexpensive heatsink

Pros: 2 fans on the heatsink. 4 copper pipes. Large but not too large to not fit in your case or block your ram.
Cons: loud running at full speed
Overall Review: Keeps my I7-6700K under 60c at full load. The average temp at full load is 55c. Not going to get any better using a heatsink and fan to cool a cpu.
Antec Neo - Avoid

Pros: very quiet, very cool. The modular cable design is great for keeping your system neat.
Cons: I got a new computer with this power supply. The specs are AMD 5600, 4GB RAM, MSI motherboard, and ATI 1650 video card. I have been having trouble with my computer rebooting for no reason every 4 to 8 hours. I am not an overclocker nor am I straining this power supply. I have trouble shooted the problem to this power supply. I would highly recommend not purchasing this unit. I have read numerous reviews about problems with this power supply. I am now trying to get this thing replaced but I doubt the replacement will be any better because there is some inherant problem.
Overall Review: Somebody find me a power supply that is stable. Why is technology getting so difficult. I guess buying the best can still lead to problems. Screw efficiency. Power hog = stability.
