Pros: Works as needed, very quiet. Got it so that I could support 3 monitors as on-board would not. Worked on Win8-x64 out of box with no need to add drivers.

Overall Review: Searched "wintec usb 3.0 pci card drivers" and on download page, drivers section, there's a download for add-on cards. 16MB file, downloaded and installed now card is recognized. Have not yet tested, as waiting on the USB3.0 drive, but at least the card is recognized.

Cons: USB ports would be nice, stand works but is bottom only mount so a little wiggle

Pros: Small form-factor, quiet, installs WHS 2011 without a second thought. Came as package deal with 2gb extra ram and 250gb hd

Cons: Not so much a con when you realize what you bought, but working inside the box is a royal pain. Adding the extra 2gb free RAM i got with purchase took a lot more effort than working on any standard desktop/server. there's a slide out mother board tray, but with all the cables hooked up it doesn't slide far and you have to manually remove and reconnect.

Overall Review: buy it, get a few extra HD's...done.

Package never arrived, had to contact them. now 3 days later and not sure if they ever shipped replacement or not. Ordered 3 weeks before Xmas, and sorry son, no present under tree Santa lost it in shipment. 1 egg, because that is minimum you can give. Stay away, save yourself time and money. Love NewEgg, hate marketplace partners
