Excellent

Pros: Tiny, Low Power, Quiet Boots Windows 2k and up, Mac OS X (Hackintosh), Linux, etc. Snappy, especially for the price.
Cons: Older chipset pulls more power than it could. Could use 2 more SATA. Some glitches with disk utilities and small Linux LiveCDs (DSL).
Overall Review: My whole system pulls 46 watts with 62-watt surge on boot. Accidentally booted Win 2k from the old hard drive I first used. Shows up as four cores in Mac (two with HyperThreading)
Loud as hell

Pros: Could float a hovercraft on the air it pushes.
Cons: Sounds like a fanboat. This fan is CRAZY loud... louder than any other component I have ever owned.
Overall Review: Stuck it in a server where the LEDs and the volume don't matter so much.
Small and simple

Pros: Small, crisp, decent toner life.
Cons: Top opens so the small, front-access form factor is somewhat negated by being unable to put anything of consequence on it.
Overall Review: Bought it for my parents and it's been working without a hiccup.
Noiseless

Pros: Totally silent.
Cons: Susceptible to dust damage.
Overall Review: Replaced the fan in a hot-swap drive cage with this. Completely silent, did the job well for a year. The dusty environment eventually overcame it and it started making terrible noise. Though I anticipate the replacement failing as well, it's not so much the fan's fault and the maintenance cost is worth the quiet in my studio apartment.
High Capacity Support

Pros: Supports my 8GB CompactFlash card (old internal reader didn't) and SDHC cards.
Cons: Not sure if the plastic wrap over the metal housing is intentional or just not removed during manufacturing. Internal USB cable may be a little short for a full-tower case.
Always a good choice

Pros: big, quiet drives, decent price point for my RAID 6. No problems with any of the six I have.
Cons: I need more!
