Nice for the price

Pros: Comes with lots of cables, four 8 pin connectors for huge graphics cards that are cross-fired/SLI. Just loaded with cables. After replacing the fan, very quiet and does its job just fine.
Cons: After a week of ownership the fan started to sound off balance. Would have to knock the case a bit to quite it down. After a month it got worse and nothing would stop the rumbling. I investigated the fan and nothing was hitting the blades at all. I didn't want to return the PSU just because the fan was of poor quality, so instead I ordered a 140mm fan from a renowned case cooling company and replaced the fan myself.
Overall Review: Worth the purchase if you are willing to spend $12 on a 140mm fan.
Died 6mo after purchase

Pros: Everything worked great just as i thought... till it just stopped working completely.
Cons: Died after 6 months, Never put any abuse on it, only used 3 ports, never dropped. Right out of box, onto table, 6 months later DEAD.
Overall Review: Re arranged room, plugged it back in then the ethernet cables and it had shown no activity, dead.
Bang for your buck

Pros: One gig of DDR3 for only $44 pretty cheap. Has a nice little heat-sink and a little fan to keep it cool. It's silent.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Bought it for an mmorpg and get off of the bad integrated graphics. Can reasonably run World of warcraft @ 1440x900 with basic settings.
Works just fine

Pros: Haven't had trouble for over a year of use.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Threw it in an old laptop, installed a fresh copy of Windows and haven't had any problems for over a year of continuous use.
