Most Favorable Review

Works perfectly with my B350 and Ryzen 7 1700 at 3200mhz!

CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model CMW16GX4M2C3200C16W

Pros: - Works at 3200mhz with my B350 Ryzen 1700. - RGB Colors are super bright and vibrant. Of all the RGB in my new build, these are the best. - The white is stupid awesome in my build. :)

Cons: - Nothing as of yet. Works as intended.

Overall Review: I was dreading trying to find the ram I needed for my new Ryzen build, and when I found these, I decided to jump and see what happened. These being white is what made me buy them, as my build is a white theme. Right out of the box they only ran at 2666, but after a quick and painless BIOS update to my B350 motherboard they fired up at 3200 and has worked flawlessly since. I would totally recommend these, for those trying to find ram modules that will work properly with their Ryzen builds.

What a great little gaming laptop! Very impressed.

GIGABYTE G5 MD - 15.6" FHD IPS Anti-Glare 144Hz, Intel Core i5, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU 4GB GDDR6, 16GB Memory, 512GB SSD, Win10 Home, Gaming Laptop (G5 MD-51US121SH)
GIGABYTE G5 MD - 15.6" FHD IPS Anti-Glare 144Hz, Intel Core i5, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU 4GB GDDR6, 16GB Memory, 512GB SSD, Win10 Home, Gaming Laptop (G5 MD-51US121SH)

Pros: - The 3050ti is actually very capable. - One of the better keyboards I've had on a laptop. - Subtle RGB in the keyboard. - Decently size and fast storage with the 512GB drive. - 1080p is great for this form factor (fast refresh rate). - Great view angles.

Cons: - Screen is a little dark for my liking. Harder to see when the suns out. - Noisy & hot when running graphically intensive games. - Typical IPS Glow. (Isn't too bad on my unit)

Overall Review: I ended up getting this on sale along with the $200 mail in rebate recently, and I can tell you, what a steal that was! I don't really think this laptop is worth the full $1600 price tag, but get it on sale and its a must have. I am thoroughly impressed at what this little guy can do. Does everything that I bought it to do. Plays all the the games that I play very well. Final Fantasy XIV at max laptop settings with ease, Resident Evil 8 runs great and smooth around high settings. Lego star wars, Skywalker saga at max settings. Just for a few examples. Does run pretty loud when the fans ramp up, and runs hot. I haven't made it throttle yet, so it seems to be doing a fairly decent job of cooling, during gaming. The screen is a little dark for my liking. Wish I could turn it up more during the day time. It looks GREAT in a darker room or at night though. Typical IPS glow, but not noticeable unless on a black scene.

Super fast, high FPS, Ultra settings gaming. But, stupid expensive.

GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2080 GAMING OC WHITE 8G Graphics Card, 3 x WINDFORCE Fans, 8GB 256-Bit GDDR6, GV-N2080GAMINGOC WHITE-8GC Video Card

Pros: - Every runs 100+ FPS at 1080p ultra settings. - The cooling system is adaptive and VERY quiet. - WHITE!

Cons: - E...X...P...E...N...S...I...V...E...

Overall Review: I was originally planning on getting the 2070 of the White edition Gigabyte cards, but when I finally had the money to make the purchase, it went out of stock, and the only one available kept going up in price to the point of no return. My wife ended up letting me go a step up and get the white edition 2080 instead. I am upgrading from two GTX 590's in SLI, so the performance gains are insane, into unbelievable. I haven't been able to upgrade my monitor yet, as the extra money went into this instead of a 2070 and a new monitor, so I am still running 144hz at 1080p. But its Ultra settings to the max and pushing over 200+ FPS in Forza 4, and Tomb Raider. It does vertical tear my screen like a ***** in some titles, so I turn on Vsync and force it to 60fps, and it stays there with no drops and its super smooth. Pretty sure this won't be an issue with a 1440p Gsync monitor that I plan to get in the near future. I'm running Battlefield V on max settings, and I am pleasantly surprised that the cooling system on the card is VERY quiet. My tower is on the desk right beside my monitor and under full load I don't hear it, and it only hits a high of about 60Degrees C. Stays very cool. I'm always looking underneath the card to see if the fans are actually turning. haha. My old 590's always hit the bleeding edge and would like to run around 80-90, all the time. My Ryzen 7 1700 can run Battlefield V with Ray Tracing turned on with this card at around 60fps at 1080p comfortably. Can't really comment on the comparison with the 1080, 1080ti, etc, when justifying the price tag, but making such a huge leap from two GTX 590's, as I did, I am happy with my purchase. And to top it all off, the white is awesome in my build. :)
