Pros: Great quality. Never had any problems with genuine HP cartridges. Trouble free & no help desk calls.

Cons: A little expensive, but willing to pay a little extra for the quality.

Overall Review: Buy it, it just works.

Pros: Prints just like the genuine HP cartridge and appears to have the same capacity.

Cons: Had one spot on the drum that shows up on the printed pages. If it werent for the spot, it would be perfect.

Overall Review: Might give another one a try and see what happens. Everyone deserves a second chance, right?

Pros: Fast, high quality laser printing. Everything is configurable with the built in web interface. Printer was easily connected to the network and shared out from the server.

Cons: Had some trouble printing PostScript to the printer. Brother has a compatable version of PostScript called BR-Script. Finally got it working after removing a command that the BR-Script didnt understand.

Overall Review: Great all in one machine for the price. After we figured out the script problem everything is working great.
