Inspect before assembly
Pros: Item arrived well packed. Opened and assembled. Last piece to assemble was bent and square steel is hard to straighten! Plus, 1 arm was slightly crushed making handle assembly impossible! Called customer support and returned item to distibutor. Still waiting for replacement or refund. Quality control was saddly lacking here! Items were painted after damage was done so did not occur in shipping.
Overall Review: could recommend if this was an isolated case but no quality control before shipping is a poor excuse for an otherwise nice product!
Should Have Ordered 2!
Pros: Real fast delivery! Haven't used yet, for cottage next Summer but wish I'd ordered 2 at that price!
