Antique? very old, but a nice product
Pros: Just the right size for what I wanted. Plenty of outlets for my use and the USB charging port is going to be very handy.
Cons: The unit delivered is already over 2 years old. The battery inside has an expected life of 3 to 5 years and it has nearly reached it's end of life already.
Overall Review: I like APC battery backups, so I'm going to keep it, even though I expect that I'll need to replace the battery much sooner than it should need.
looks nice, but acts like a priss
Pros: nice use of stylish aluminum heat sinks, good packaging, works with the faster Intel CPUs. very pretty UEFI layout. fastboot is disabled by default, making it possible to get into UEFI while doing initial install
Cons: not compatible with popular M2 SSD (Samsung SSD 850EVO M.2 Sata) not compatible with popular memory sticks (G.Skill DDR3-2400 8GB) onboard headers and connectors in strange locations SATA connectors facing off edge of board instead of outward and away from board
Overall Review: caveat emptor - read up before purchasing. I really "assumed" by now that mainstream mb's would be compatible with nearly all mainstream components - oops. ya know what they say about "assuming" ! then again, maybe this isn't a mainstream mb ?
