Pros: None - it was DOA

Cons: Filled out RMA, which was approved but it was almost half the price to ship back to Newegg and that was using their discount. I will pass on the RMA

Pros: Painless install - XP recognized it immediately Works great - no issues

Cons: None

Overall Review: Great value. I don't read or burn many DVDs or CDs so was looking for inexpensive replacement for drive on my 5-year old Dell. This drive fit the bill. Install was really painless. XP recognized it immediately with no manual install process. Tried CD that would not read on old drive and it read it with no problems. I would buy another.
