Quieter & 5° Cooler Than My Old Hyper 212
Pros: -Quiet, as expected from Noctua. -5° cooler on average (31°) than my old Hyper 212 (36°). -Beautiful Stealthy Black Design. -Extremely easy mounting.
Cons: -Giant, you'll need to take out your GPU just to out it in. The 2nd fan didn't fit in my NZXT H510 Case over the RAM so I had to mount it in rear, barley fits. -10$ more than the original brown version, go for that if you don't care about looks as they're the same.
Overall Review: An amazing upgrade, my pc looks really clean and premium now. Along with being silent and cooler!
Good B550 Board Beat By Others
Pros: -3 big heatsinks for VRM & Chipset -Ryzen 5000 ready -PCie Safeslot slot keeps my GPU straight -Diagnosis LEDs
Cons: -No M.2 SSD heatsink -Yellowish LED -Silver stripes (black fits more setups)
Overall Review: Overall a good B550 board that could've been better, similar boards from other manufacturers have m.2 heatsinks, addressable RGB and nuetral black designs to fit more styles--I recommend those.
Better & Cheaper than GT 1030 (GDDR5) if You Get The 128 bit RX 550 (This)
Pros: -128 Bit bus -Display port for Freesync! (Unlike the GT1030) -Small -Low TDP
Cons: -Feels really flimsy -Came pre scratched on Fan bearing
Overall Review: At 85$cheaper or the same price of a GT1030, this is a steal! The display port alone is a gigantic plus as you can use Freesync which is perfect for budget builds. Just remember to turn off v sync in game to activate it and turn it on in AMD adrenaline. A great card for gaming at 720p-900p, and really the only decent option for this price range (still...)
Amazing Value for Beautiful RGB RAM!
Pros: -Price, Oloy has been known to be a fantastic value and I can now vouch for that -Beautiful RGB, automatically detected by my ASUS Armoury. -Beautiful white heatsink. -Full advertised speed and size (3600mhz 32G) -Bigger size than LPX, heat is spread more effectively. -Lifetime Warranty.
Cons: -Bigger than LPX.
Overall Review: Definitely a fan of Oloy now, it's a few cm taller than my Corsair Vengeance from before but it has it's full speed unlike the Vengeance which could only pull off 3066mhz while it was advertised as 3600mhz... For this price you really can't beat it, I'll update the review if I have any issues.
Decent PSU, Similar Competition Beats it Though
Pros: -6 year warranty -Quiet
Cons: -Non Modular -Bronze rating -Plain look -ASUS customer service
Overall Review: An ok PSU... but factoring in similar PSUs in this category having higher watts, ratings and modular wires (in 2021!) I recommend getting something else. Not to mention ASUS customer service not fulfilling a rebate, beware. Remember if a rebate is hard to get just imagine getting an actual warranty...
Beautiful Stealthy Card
Pros: -Supports SAM -160w TDP (great for budget PSU) -Never goes above 60° -Beautiful Stealthy Design -Metal backplate -Quiet, turns off fans under low load -Smallest RX6600XT -Better performance than 3060 & 5700XT -Sapphire build quality
Cons: -Bad RT performance -128 bit bus -No lighting
Overall Review: What a amazing card, tho I wish the red Sapphire and Radeon writing were red lights, would've been a good compromise over addressable rgb. I'm running this with a ASUS TUF bronze 450w PSU just fine with a 5600x.
Scared At 1st, Pleasantly Suprised.
Bought a ASUS GT1030 for a good price compared to everywhere else. Quickly panicked when I saw they had no reviews, I asked for a refund and they instantly said they'd take care of it and were willing to take it, response time was soon after my messages usually around 10pm Mountain standard time. As for shipping a day after my order a Label was created, 2 days after that 4PX the shipping service received it, 2 days after that it arrived at a Hong Kong airline, 2 days after that it departed etc. In total it took 15 days to arrive which is pretty typical for Chinese shipping. Glad to see it didn't stay at label created for weeks like some Newegg horror reviews. As for packaging it came in 3 layers of bubble wrap and a cover, no box. It wasn't damaged luckily but I would like to see a cardboard box instead for more assurance. The GT1030 was exactly as listed, new and the OC edition with the fan. However it was the Chinese packaged version, idk about getting the 3 year warranty since its the Chinese version. The last thing that really was nice to see was the note Letter Tech sent, a simple thank you note for trusting them. And a "gift" which was just a mask (probably to offload some extra masks). But overall it was a pleasant surprise and very nice to see, this was just my experience tho, always stay cautious. Would buy from again, hope to see you guys keep this good service going.
