Pros: Love the product. It's small, discrete and looks good. I have it on my work badge and it doesn't look like a drive at all! It works fine and I've experienced no problems at all

Cons: small size can sometimes be an impedance to use, especially if there's another USB port nearby with a big bulky cable attached. This however does not bother me.
