Pros: Works as advertised. I work from home and have had zero problems to date. Super easy to install.

Cons: Software for installation would allow me to set a 10 character password, but when I tried to access via http://192.168.1.1 it would not recognize the password I just set. Advice to others is to by pass the cd in the box and use the url above to access the config page yourself. If you used the cd and can't get in, then reset the router by holding in the reset pin on the back for 20-30 seconds.

Overall Review: Make sure to enable security for Wireless encryption WEP at minimum; WPA preferred. That way your neighbors can't surf on your dime. Also, you can be even more paranoid by only allowing certain MAC addresses as well as the WPA. Google if you want more on WPA.
