Pros: This fan is another great product from Noctua. No, it's not as quiet as the classic NF-F12, but the industrial ratings are serious. The higher flow makes it ideal for areas where more airflow or static pressure are needed, such as radiators/ heat-sinks and tight cases that hold components that radiate lots of heat. The PWM control is great for managing your airflow, especially in a CPU cooling situation or in a silence optimized build, where you still want to be able to crank the airflow up, if something gets too hot. Also, they are BLACK. The esthetics of this fan were not alone enough to convince me, but the IPPC rating was. I can, however, see the color being a legitimate reason, you get Noctua build quality, a great warranty, and they are nearly all black with the vibration mounts installed, though if removed, the entire fan (excluding label) is black.

Cons: There is not a whole lot I dislike about this fan. The only negative attribute I can think of, is that they aren't as quiet as the classic NF-F12's, but given the higher RPM, I knew that would be true. Wish it came with the anti-vibration case mounting solution, though I can understand why it wasn't included.

Overall Review: Overall, these are great fans, and I plan on buying plenty more as my current build progresses. The build quality is the most solid I've ever seen in a fan, the flow is amazing for the sound they produce, and they are a nice stealthy black. I will purchase some anti-vibration mounting replacements, to quiet these down even more where they aren't required to be hard mounted; I really wish they were included. 10/10 would recommend (for the appropriate applications, nothing is perfect for every situation).
