Pros: After 4 unsuccessful attempts from a retailer (2), Am online retailer(1), and an online company (1), I finally received what what I ordered. The other companies showed the item I desired but when I ordered it, I received a similar item , but not what was displayed or ordered. I tech guy recommended Newegg and I will only order tech stuff from Newegg in the future.
